Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of BuzzGrowth. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read the Refund & Delivery Policy as well — it forms part of these terms.

1. What we sell

BuzzGrowth sells social media engagement services — followers, likes, views and reposts — for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and X (Twitter). You choose a service and a quantity, tell us which public account or post to deliver to, and we fulfil the order through our delivery partners.

2. We never ask for your password

We only ever need your public username, or a link to a public post. We will never ask for your password, and you should never give it to anyone claiming to be us. If you receive such a request, it is not from BuzzGrowth — please report it to us.

3. Your account must be public

Delivery cannot reach a private account. Your profile, and any post you are ordering for, must be public when you order and must stay public until the order completes. If you make it private mid-delivery, the order may stop and cannot be refunded for the portion already delivered.

4. Accuracy of what you give us

You are responsible for the username or link you submit. We deliver to exactly what you provide. If you give us the wrong handle or link, the order will be fulfilled to that destination and cannot be reversed. Check it before paying.

5. Delivery times are estimates

Each service shows a typical start time. These are estimates based on normal conditions, not guarantees. Platform changes, provider queues and unusually large orders can slow delivery. An order that is late is not a failed order.

6. What you may not do

You may not use BuzzGrowth to promote content that is illegal, hateful, violent, sexually explicit involving minors, fraudulent, or that infringes someone else's rights. You may not order for an account you do not own or control without that owner's permission. We may refuse or cancel any order that breaches this, and refund it.

7. Platform rules are your responsibility

Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and X each have their own terms. Using engagement services may conflict with them. You use BuzzGrowth at your own discretion and accept responsibility for any action a platform takes against your account. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of these platforms.

8. Accounts

An account is created for you automatically when you first check out, so you can track your orders. You are responsible for keeping access to the email address you used. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt chargebacks in bad faith, or breach these terms.

9. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown before you pay and include the full cost of the order. Payment is taken by our payment processors; we never see or store your card details. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order already placed.

10. Limits of our liability

We provide the service as described and take responsibility for delivering what you ordered. We are not liable for indirect losses — lost income, lost followers after delivery, reputational harm, or action taken by a social platform. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
